About this course

The Professional Certificate in User Research for UX Design is a four-month part-time programme with 16 sessions on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. It combines lab practicals and hands-on fieldwork. Sessions cover desk research, defining a research question, planning research with users, ethnography through shadowing and interviewing, surveys, qualitative and quantitative reasoning, network analysis, building insights, information design and testing early concepts. The course ends with preparing and delivering a client presentation.
