Uplift is an independent education comparison and discovery platform operated by Uplift Education (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka.

Uplift provides information to help users discover and compare recognised education institutions, programmes, and pathways. Uplift does not provide admissions decisions, or act as an education agent or counselling authority.

Who Can Use Uplift

You may use Uplift if you:

• Are accessing the platform for lawful purposes
• Are seeking general education information or comparisons

Nature of the Information Provided

Comparison, Rankings, and Neutrality

Uplift is designed to operate as a neutral comparison platform.

• Standard listings are presented objectively
• Institutions are not favoured in organic listings due to commercial arrangements
• Rankings or ordering may be influenced by relevance, eligibility, or data completeness
• Uplift does not provide recommendations or endorsements of specific institutions

Sponsored and Featured Content

Uplift may display sponsored or featured content to support platform operations. When this occurs:

• Sponsored or featured listings are clearly labelled
• Sponsored placements are visually distinct from standard listings
• Sponsorship does not affect comparison logic or eligibility filtering
• Users can always distinguish paid promotion from organic content

Referrals and Fees

Uplift may receive referral or introduction fees from education providers when users choose to submit enquiries or applications through the platform. Such arrangements do not affect comparison results or listings.

No Admissions, Counselling, or Guarantees

Uplift does not:

• Provide official counselling services
• Assess or guarantee eligibility
• Issue admissions decisions or confirmations
• Guarantee enrolment, visas, or outcomes

All admissions, counselling, and enrolment processes are handled directly by education institutions.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Uplift may include links to third-party websites operated by education providers or partners. Uplift is not responsible for:

• Content on third-party websites
• Services provided by third parties
• Decisions or outcomes resulting from interactions with third parties

Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

User Responsibilities

By using Uplift, you agree:

• Not to provide false or misleading information
• Not to misuse or interfere with the platform
• Not to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

Uplift may restrict or terminate access for misuse or breach of these terms.
