About Achievers International Campus

The campus lists its head office in Dehiwala, with branches in Galle and Jaffna. The programs on Uplift are short and aimed at working adults, which is why most run for 6 to 12 months.

The six programs

The three postgraduate diplomas

Each diploma is an OTHM Level 7 qualification with 120 credits. The listings describe them as regulated by Ofqual in England and set at master's level on the Regulated Qualifications Framework.

The listings say you can progress to a full master's degree or an MBA by completing a 60-credit dissertation at a UK or international university partner, through OTHM progression arrangements. Ask the campus which partner and what extra cost applies before you commit.

Entry requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of work experience including 2 years in a managerial role.

  • A C pass in O/L English, or equivalent.

Our guide to the postgraduate diploma in Sri Lanka explains how the 6-month step works.

The MBA top-up

The MBA (Top Up) is for professionals who already hold a postgraduate diploma and want to complete an MBA. The listing says you can specialise in areas such as General, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Entry is a postgraduate diploma or equivalent with 120 credits, at least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience, and a C pass in O/L English. Our guide to the MBA in Sri Lanka compares this route with others.

The MSc in Project Management

The listing says the program is accredited by the Association for Project Management and emphasises engineering and industrial sectors, while the skills transfer across industries. Entry is a UK bachelor's honours degree or equivalent, or evidence of relevant industrial experience, plus a C pass in O/L English and Mathematics.

The nursing top-up

The BSc (Hons) Professional Practice (Nursing) Top Up is a flexible, practice-led degree for healthcare practitioners. Entry is a Higher National Diploma in Nursing, any recognised 3-year diploma in nursing, or SLNC registered nurse status, plus a C pass in O/L English. Our guide to the BSc nursing degree in Sri Lanka compares the nursing routes.

A possible progression path

Several of these programs are built to follow one another, which helps if you plan in stages.

  1. Start with a 6-month postgraduate diploma, using your degree or your management experience for entry.

  2. Move to the MBA top-up, which asks for a postgraduate diploma with 120 credits and 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.

  3. Or complete a dissertation stage with a university partner to reach a full master's degree, if the campus confirms the route for your diploma.

Ask the campus to confirm each step in writing, because progression terms depend on the partner.

Which program suits which person

  • A manager with 5 years of experience and no degree: a postgraduate diploma, since work experience can replace the degree.

  • A graduate who wants a clear 6-month step: a diploma in Accounting and Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain, or Strategic Management and Leadership.

  • A diploma holder aiming for an MBA: the MBA top-up with the University of Portsmouth.

  • An engineer or industry professional: the MSc in Project Management.

  • A registered nurse or nursing diploma holder: the BSc (Hons) Professional Practice (Nursing) Top Up.

Questions to ask the campus

  • Which university partner takes the dissertation stage, and what does it cost?

  • Are classes on weekdays or weekends?

  • When is the next intake and the application deadline?

  • Which awarding body issues the MSc in Project Management?

Fees and intakes

No fees or intake dates are recorded on Uplift for these six programs yet. Ask the campus through each course page for the current fee, the next start date and any dissertation fee for the progression route.
