School leavers and beginners who want a career in tourism and hospitality get a practical introduction here. NIBM says no prior industry experience is required. The five areas are fundamentals of tourism and hospitality management, customer service and services marketing, finance and revenue management, digital applications in the sector, and event and tour management. NIBM mentions sustainable, eco and Halal tourism and says graduates can enter entry-level jobs or continue to advanced certificate and diploma programmes.
