Overview

About this course

This fast-track certificate is a six-month, single-semester pre-university programme for students heading towards health-related study. It is meant for people who have completed A-Levels but do not yet meet the entry requirements of the degrees they want. The five units are Academic and English Communication II, Mathematics II, Chemistry II, Biology II and Psychology. The page says it prepares students for future health-related careers and for higher education, without naming particular jobs. Progression listed on the page is to the Bachelor of Psychology, Bachelor of Science (Health Sciences) and Bachelor of Science (Health Promotion). Curtin Colombo's own degree list does not carry these, so ask the campus where each would be studied.
