About this course

The NCC International Foundation Year is a one-year pre-university qualification awarded by NCC Education UK — a global awarding body established in more than 50 countries with over 200 branches worldwide. It is ideal for students who have completed O/Levels and wish to develop the skills and knowledge required to commence undergraduate studies. Upon successful completion, students can enter directly into Year 1 of a degree programme. Students who have completed A/Levels but wish to strengthen their preparation for university may also enrol. To complete the qualification, students must pass 120 credit hours comprising 4 compulsory modules and 2–3 elective modules in either Computing, Business, Science, or Engineering streams.

Academic Entry Requirement

GCSE/IGCSE O/Levels with minimum grades of C, 5, or equivalent in each subject
Must include Mathematics and English

English Proficiency Requirement

IELTS 4.5 or above
Equivalent English language qualification
Alternatively, applicants may take the free NCC Education Standard English Placement Test (EPT)
