About this course

This top-up concentrates on people management. The page lists people development, organisational culture, leadership, HR strategy, employment law, reward systems and inclusive workplaces. The units are Employment Law and Relations, Strategic Management, HRM in Context and Reward Management and the Undergraduate Major Project, each worth 30 credits. The project is a capstone in which interdisciplinary teams answer a live business brief. Delivery is online or face to face on Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., one subject at a time, and assessment is entirely by assignment.
