Known as CEFE, this course is for people who expect to migrate for skill-based work and need practical English for the journey and the job. It runs to 72 hours. Speaking practice covers interviews, airport counters, directions, supervisor instructions, safety, phone calls, food orders, requests, leave and banking. Writing covers forms, messages and emails, including drafting with AI prompts, and reading covers signs, forms, messages, official letters and work contracts. English-medium classes are offered at Colombo, Galle, Matara, Kandy and Kurunegala, over six months. The fee is LKR 41,000 plus LKR 2,000 for registration, and the page does not name an awarding body.
