Year 1: Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • Passes GCE O/L with 5 Credits including Mathematics
  • Or: Passed/Sat for GCE A/L in Science or Commerce Stream
  • Or: Any other Basic Civil Engineering related certificate accepted by NIBM
Year 2: Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • Successfully Completed the Diploma in Quantity Surveying at NIBM
  • Or: Any other Diploma Certificate related to the Civil Engineering field equivalent to NVQ level 4 accepted by NIBM
Year 3: BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
  • Successfully completed the Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying at NIBM
  • Or: Any other Higher National Diploma certificate related to the Civil Engineering field equivalent to NVQ level 4 accepted by NIBM
