This is the final year of the Cardiff Metropolitan University BSc (Hons) in Business and Management, offered at ICBT Campus as a one-year top-up in full-time or part-time mode. It develops a critical understanding of the manager's role in modern business and combines business, ICT and management skills for multidisciplinary problem-solving. The first semester covers strategic management, change leadership, and innovation and entrepreneurship. In the second semester students pick a general, finance, human resource management or marketing pathway, each with its own set of three modules. The programme page lists intakes in May and November across ICBT's branches in Colombo, Kandy, Matara, Nugegoda, Galle, Jaffna, Kurunegala, Batticaloa and Gampaha.
HD in Business Management, or an equivalent qualification accepted by the university.
IELTS 6.0, or a credit pass in English language at the GCE O/L.
