BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering

About this course

This 12-month full-time programme leads to a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sunderland and is taught at ICBT Campus in Colombo and Kandy. It builds advanced mechanical engineering knowledge and practical skills, and ends with a design project that applies theory to real engineering problems. The modules are engineering dynamics and thermofluids, professional engineering management techniques, mechanical design and material selection, manufacturing systems design, and the design project. Intakes are listed in January and June.
