It focuses on both the theory and the practice of communication and creativity. Year 1 is shared with the other ECC diplomas: communication skills, introductory computing, project management, mathematics, English language enhancement, workplace communication, intercultural studies and introductory marketing. Year 2 introduces design thinking, digital design, digital content creation, communication campaigns, marketing principles, business environments and work and career. Each year has 8 units and takes 8 to 12 months.
